ShareFile Admins – How to Reset User Passwords

Due to (9/2020) updates, ShareFile admins can no longer reset users passwords or disable their permissions to change their password. This article explains the process that and administrators can use Email Login Information/Resend Welcome email to send users a link to the Account URL. All users can also utilize the “Forgot Password?” on the account URL login page.
