Banco Galicia worked with Red Hat Consulting to build an AI-based intelligent, 100% digital natural language processing (NLP) platform on Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform and open source AI tools from the Open Data Hub (ODH) project.
As a result, the bank cut verification times from days to minutes with 90% accuracy, a 40% reduction in application downtime, and improved agility fourfold. The NLP solution is also an important step forward in the bank’s journey to transform its technologies, processes, and culture.
