Today we have a lot of tools to make remote work and digital collaboration seamless. But when to use which tool and what should be discussed in a chat, what needs to be put in a document and for which use cases is the online whiteboard the best choice.

In my workshop I will present the most important use cases for an online whiteboard and show the flow how to use it together with the collaboration suite from Nextcloud.

Besides use cases and the option for live interaction during the workshop I will also discuss about data security, data sovereignty and why these are important factors to consider when choosing the tool-set to facilitate digital collaboration.
