When Cathy got a Motion Alert from her Ring Video Doorbell, she wasn’t surprised to see the milkman. She was surprised by the enormous spider crawling over the lens.
“The spider didn’t set off a notification but the milkman did. I looked at it and saw the milkman and a spider leg,” she says. “So then I turned it to Live View and recorded the spider.”
She expected the spider to stay and set up shop, but it turned out it was just passing through. “I thought the bell would be covered in a web by the morning but it wasn’t,” she says. “Perhaps the spider was just curious!”
