Machine learning operations (MLOps) was introduced as a term quite recently, shortly defined as DevOps for machine learning.
MLOps is a set of practices for operating ML workloads. Software operators are the very logical concept for implementing these best practices. With many challenges, such as the infrastructure cost, the software operators for MLops improve the performance of ML workloads.
