Request Published Applications with the Citrix ITSM Adapter service

As an end user, you can request and manage apps and desktops for yourself and your colleagues through the ServiceNow Service Portal, or the ServiceNow Virtual Agent. Citrix ITSM admins can then view and approve the request through the User Requests menu. Requests for an application can be automatically approved if a Citrix ITSM administrator enables automatic approval for that application.
