Citrix Files for Windows shows 100 GB even though the actual account has less or more storage.

The max size of 100GB is just an arbitrary number as Windows requires we provide it with a total size. Citrix Files for Windows doesn’t actually reserve that much space anywhere. The used amount is current size of file cache not counting files marked for offline use. The default max size of cache is 5GB, and can be modified by the Cache Size GPO.
