Error when trying to configure Session Recording Server – Error 6001

When installing Session Recording Server 1912 LTSR on Windows Server 2016, after the installation you are unable to configure the Session Recording Server and are receiving errors in Event Logs: Event Id : Error 6001 Source: Citrix Session Recording Storage Manager Console Text: Running Session Recording Server Property configuration logging: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority ‘localhost’.
